IMG_6253Emily has been in the food industry for over 15 years, starting out as a chef after spending 3 months at Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork, Ireland.  Here she developed a passion for a sustainable, and holistic approach to food production and consumption, which has carried on through to buying jobs at The House of Bruar, sourcing local Scottish produce, The Savoy hotel, and most recently at Whole Foods Market.  She was a Grocery Buyer for Whole Foods’ 9 UK stores from 2015 to 2018, looking after the Ambient Grocery department, Non-Alcoholic Drinks, Crisps & Snacks, Loose/Bulk Ingredients, Private Label and Homewares departments.

Emily combines her love of food with a love for spreadsheets, using data analysis and insight to drive her decisions, and ultimately get the best out of every project she’s working on.
